Beyond the Red: The Technology Behind Our Vibrant, Flavor-Rich Tomato Paste

While many know us as a trusted supplier to over 50 countries, we want to show you why our product performs so consistently. The secret starts the moment tomatoes enter our factory. After rigorous washing and sorting, they are quickly crushed and heated. Here, our key differentiator comes into play: our vacuum evaporation technology.

By concentrating the tomato pulp under a controlled vacuum, we significantly lower the boiling point. This allows us to remove excess water at much lower temperatures (around 60-65°C) compared to traditional open-vat cooking. Why does this matter?

· Superior Color Retention: High heat accelerates the Maillard reaction (browning), which can dull the vibrant red color. Our low-temperature process locks in the natural lycopene-rich hue that consumers and food brands desire.
